![]() ![]() When I tried calling the customer service line, it advised me to hang up and referred me to the website or app, which I had already established did not offer the option I needed. I certainly understand the desire to protect the health of their employees by not having them enclosed in a crowded call center, or what have you, but there is no link on either the app or the website that allows you to perform this task. Previously I have used the chat option to have a representative help me out this time around, however, I was notified that the chat option is unavailable and the normal hours of operation were marked as “closed” for all 7 days of the week, presumably due to the current COVID-19 health concerns. I have had a WiFi hotpot plan with Boost for a couple of months now and have had difficulty early renewing my monthly plan any time I use the data before the next payment date. ![]()
